The interview of the english french teachers
S: What do you think about our school?
It‘s fantastic. It’s a very big place and there are many people who are working very well together. However I prefer our school because it’s smaller and more friendly because there are only a few people.
S: What do you think about the reception at the town hall?
I thought that it was very kind, very nice, very polite and very welcoming.
S: What are the differences between our town hall and yours?
The English town halls are huge, really massive and modern buildings. It hasn’t got any class, like yours which is a smart and attractive building. I think, it’s smaller and more welcoming.
S: what are the differences between the English school and the French school?
The uniform is a very big difference. The pupils hate it but I like it because I like the fact that all the pupils are exactly the same because there isn’t any segregation. Our school is really smaller than yours. The length of the school day is very different: we start at five past nine and we finish at twenty five past three. The classes can be with small groups of six or five people. In our school there is an assembly every morning or a priest who speaks because the system isn’t laic; besides there are lockers. It’s more modern.
